For my first podcast of 2016, I’m delighted to bring you this interview with Marcia Ross, author of Why Your Writing Sucks: Business Writing That Works in the Digital Age. In this conversation, Marcia and I discuss why many of us write so badly, and what we can do about it.
Marcia Ross is a Canadian author, writer and presenter. She has an unquenchable fascination for business and human psychology, and has been described as “never having met a convention she doesn’t want to break.” Marcia serves as V.P. Content for Imaginis Business Development, and is a past board member of the Toronto chapter of IABC (International Association of Business Communicators).
Marcia holds an honours BA in History from Queen’s University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
You can learn more about Marcia Ross on her website. I strongly suggest you pick up her book, which is a fun, easy read.
